I have been making a version of this for year. I had thought I invented it. LOL We use hot Italian sausage. I don't think we can get the stuff you listed here is Canada. I don't add coleslaw, i just add lot of sliced red, orange and yellow peppers and sliced onions and I use hot sweet chili sauce instead of plum sauce and chili peppers cuz my lot like it hot. I recommend this to all. Its a very easy recipe to adjust to taste.
