Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup finely shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
