This potato recipe is the best I've ever had...my family insists that I make it every time we get together. It's been labeled MY signature potato salad. I'll never go back to regular, old bland potato salad again!

I think I've got my mom hooked on allrecipes she's starting to make things I haven't even tried from here. Anyway, I just had this at her house and I've been craving it ever since. I add a little spicy brown mustard to mine along with some sweet and hot pickles. It's a delicious recipe! I love the horseradish flavor in combo with the sour cream. I will definitely make this one again! Thanks so much!
