Original recipe makes 2 servings Change Servings

2 sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, 1/2 inch thick
2 cups frozen yellow, green and red peppers with onions
1/2 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup liquid fajita marinade
Tortillas
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese for tacos

Directions

Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450 degrees F. Cut steak lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1/8-inch thick strips. Combine steak strips, peppers with onions, black beans and fajita marinade.
Center half of steak mixture on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR GRILL 9to 11minutes in covered grill. Serve with tortillas; sprinkle with cheese before serving.

I made this on the grill last night for dinner and it was amazing. I did not use beans, but that didn't take from the flavor. I did use Badia Fajita Marinade from the Hispinic food isle. It's delish and these definitely won't disappoint.

Pretty Good, but I think it's missing something..maybe a good New York Steak Sauce or maybe I should have sprayed the foil with PAM so the food didn't broil and caramelize to the foil. Next time, I will add some spices from Ghana that my Uncle Zacharia sent me. It was a bit plain for my tastebuds. I Located some minced lamb and it was a much better match. My daughter Jami loves to eat any meat so this one is for her. Maybe some ground Buffalo would be the next choice to find with some Black pepper. As a breakfast wrap, this would be great with a cup of kofi. I think some flavor is lost because of the aluminum foil. Maybe I will simply fry the ingredients.
