If my pic looks like a good ole american hamburger there's good reason, it is one. I ignored the bad reviews on this burger (bad call) and I decided to make it anyway. It's ok but there's nothing zesty about it and 1/8 tsp of salt is not enough for 1 lb. of meat. It was very bland. I tried to shake some garlic salt on it at the last minute and it didn't make much of a difference. The horseradish is just a background flavor, maybe it needs more? Either way, there are plenty of other flavorful burgers I'd rather spend my time making. Sorry.
