1 pound ground beef or turkey
4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 hamburger buns, split

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; mix well. Shape into four patties. Pan-fry, grill or broil until no longer pink. Serve on buns.
FOOTNOTE
Nutritional Analysis: One serving (prepared with ground turkey breast and without added salt) equals 240 calories, 4 g fat (0 saturated fat), 35 mg cholesterol, 355 mg sodium, 24 g carbohydrate, 0 fiber, 31 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 3 very lean meat, 2 starch.

I'm not impressed! Just another hamburger. I wouldn't go out of my way to make it again. Also cut back the time to 4 minutes a side, maybe even 3 1/2 minutes. I don't like my burgers creamated.

I made these and followed your instructions, which sat till just done.. Not cooked to death.. using beef. I thought they were great..I guess to each their own.. but you out there should try them... Great

If my pic looks like a good ole american hamburger there's good reason, it is one. I ignored the bad reviews on this burger (bad call) and I decided to make it anyway. It's ok but there's nothing zesty about it and 1/8 tsp of salt is not enough for 1 lb. of meat. It was very bland. I tried to shake some garlic salt on it at the last minute and it didn't make much of a difference. The horseradish is just a background flavor, maybe it needs more? Either way, there are plenty of other flavorful burgers I'd rather spend my time making. Sorry.
