I thought this was really good, but I don't know if it's worth the trouble of all the ingredients, couldn't really taste it. Thanks though. I might try upping the spices on it next time. :)

I had a pack of last years frozen corn on the cob that I wanted to use before the new stuff started coming in. I thought this was quite yummy ! Interesting flavor combo for corn. The reviewer before me said all of the horseradish went to the bottom of the foil... We just rolled the corn in the foil. Did the trick! I will try it with fresh corn , too!

It was nice and buttery, but nothing special. The horseradish all dropped to the bottom of the foil ... was it too thin? Will try again with some doctoring.
