I used steam in bag broccoli, olive oil, a little more minced garlic tossed the whole thing together and it was delicious. The only thing I might add next time would be a little parmesan cheese.

I used the same ingredients but my method was a bit different. I steam my broccoli, so I did that with 3 garlic cloves diced and mixed into the broccoli with some olive oil. After they were done being steamed, I added some of the crushed red pepper. I really liked this & it is healthier than my usual butter & lemon juice method.

Quick and easy, but only mildly "zesty" - Used about 3.5 cups of broccoli, and 1/2 tsp extra of garlic. The family liked this, but I was expecting a bit more zip.

I did this recipe just because I had the ingredients. It turned out pretty good. My husband actually liked it. Easy to make and quick. Something we all like.

I have not made this recipe but I make a similar recipe using the olive oil, toast the fresh minced garlic (4-5 cloves we LOVE garlic) till golden add crushed red pepper to taste and drizzle over fresh boiled mustard greens (we boil the greens in salt water and drain to remove the bitterness) these are great cold or hot with crusty bread Yum! Thanks for the broccoli idea I am sure we will enjoy it!

very good. I also added a little bit of white vinegar. I have also made this recipe with fresh green beans.
