Honestly speaking, I haven't done this recipe yet. However the concept is straight forward. Rice Crispy Squares with flare. I just love the idea of cookie cutting them and making zebras with chocolate! Such a novel idea. I'm going to do this for my candy shop for the "back to school" festival. Thanks for the idea!
