1/2 pound maple flavored sausage

Excellent! Easy to make and a great way to avoid dry boring stuffing.
I did this last year and the only thing I modified is a pinch of Cayenne Pepper to make it spicy sweet. It was delicious! All my family SNARFED it and were practically licking their plates clean. Yummy, yummy!

Way to sweet for my taste. I would double the stuffing and 1/2 the rest...or just eat stuffing the way it is without all the extra fat/calories. Sorry.
