This is an awesome recipe. It's so easy to make, and so many different ingredients can be used. (use ham and brocolli for a lunch/dinner Quiche)Everyone asks for this recipe.

This is a very easy recipe. The quiche set up perfectly and it also reheats excellently. My variations were to omit the green chilies (teenage daughter) but to chop up fresh chives since they get lost in the baking. I also added fresh mushrooms. I added a 1/2 t. of seasoning salt. Delicious.

A HUGE HIT! We recently had a brunch at our house, and I made 2 kinds of Quiche (this one and Easy Quiche), both of which were very yummy. This one definitely was most popular and went fast! It was fairly simple to make too! I used a Pillsbury All-Ready Pie Crust and it was just right. I doubled the recipe and made two, with no problems. Yummy is right!

I made two different quiches for a brunch and this quiche was the only one that had leftovers. Tasty, but not as good as the ham and spinach one I made.

I love this recipe. I use 6 eggs instead of 5 and use lowfat milk instead of the half and half and it comes out great! It makes nice leftovers for breakfast on the weekends!
