The base is cooked up on the stove with lots of spices, condensed milk, and egg until thick and creamy. Pumpkin puree is folded in, and then this rich filling is poured into a graham cracker crust. The fridge does the rest. Garnish with whipped cream and candied ginger.

Pull out the double boiler, because you'll need it to turn egg yolks, sugar, pumpkin puree, milk and spices into a thick, creamy and delicious filling for this wonderful pie. When all of the ingredients are combined, gelatin and beaten egg whites are stirred and folded in to make the chiffon part. Chill and serve with a dusting of nutmeg.

This pie is so easy to make. Vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, spices, milk and whipped topping are combined and beaten with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. The filling is then poured into a prepared crust and chilled for several hours. Serve it with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped pecans.

Cloves, ginger and allspice make this pie 's pumpkin filling wonderfully fragrant. Along with that, evaporated milk, regular milk, and pumpkin puree are stirred in and cooked up until thick and creamy. The filling is then poured into a pie shell and coated with a delicious praline concoction. Serve chilled with lots of whipped cream.

This pumpkin pie recipe uses melted ice cream instead of evaporated milk. The result is delicious. I have never brought home leftovers of this pie. I recommend using fresh pumpkin, but canned pumpkin can also be used.

The proportions are perfect in this old Amish recipe with just the right amount of sugar, eggs and spices mixed into the pumpkin puree and milk. The thick and creamy filling bakes up deliciously after an hour in the oven. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkling of candied ginger.

This is a wonderful pumpkin pie with a delicious twist. It 's made with all the right pumpkin fixings: pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. But at the last minute, vanilla ice cream is folded into the filling, and the pie is slipped into the freezer.
