This was AWESOME. I made it like this: marinate the pork chops in the dressing, soy sauce. and chopped garlic all day. I used balsamic vinagrette and it was great. Brown the chops, remove from the pan, and toss in some sliced onions. Stir for a minute or so. Put the chops back on top of the onions, pour the marinade over it all, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or so until done. Great over rice.

This is one of my favorites. Its not the best smelling when cooking, but its one of the best tasting. Fast and easy - makes a tender chop.

This was good but the flavor is quite strong so be prepared! And despite really watching my chops they came out fairly dry. The cooking time as listed is too long, in my opinion. I used the leftover sauce to stirfry broccoli and THAT was DELICIOUS!! I might make this sauce again just to use as a veggie stir-fry sauce. Served it all over jasmine rice and my hubby liked it, but it wasn't his favorite of all time.

This is a great recipe. This is simple and fast. I fallowed the recipe with one change; I used six chops instead of four. I also cut the chops into large cubes for a faster cooking time. My family loved this recipe. I served the pork on rice along with the sauce it was cooked in. I will keep this recipe and use it often.

Excellent recipe. I only had a half a cup off zesty italian dressing so I also used red wine vinegrette. I cant believe how easy this was. It was delicious. It tasted sweet and a little tangy. Wonderful. I will be making this as a regular. I plan on browning my pork chops first next time. Just to add color for eye appeal.

These were very tasty. I'm not a big pork chop fan, but I ate all of mine. Even my 2 year old had 2 helpings (dipped in ketchup, of course). I used 2 envelopes of the italian dressing mixture and also put onions on the bottom as other reviewers suggested. I had Pork Sirloins (not sure what they are!) and cooked it for 30 minutes on convection.

I'm not impressed at all. The sauce took too long to cook down to the consistency I like because I think 2 cups of Italian dressing is too much. Sorry, won't make this again.

Easy & delicious! My husband didn't think he liked pork chops, but he loves these! I've thrown in dried minced onion & garlic on occasion, too.

I think this recipe could have a higher rating if the cooking time was adjusted. Luckily I read the previous reviews. I cooked the chops at a low simmer for 12 minutes, and they were done perfect. I can't imagine cooking them for a full 25min at med heat. I also marinated them for a few hours beforehand. I was suprised at how tender they were, as I don't usually have good luck with pork chops. The sauce was good with rice, and I love how easy it was, and with on-hand ingredients! I think I will definitely try them again.

This is a great recipe to have because it is simple and quick. I made mine on the stove like the recipe suggests and it was very good. Definitely the best way to make it during the summer months, but I may try baking it during the winter just to warm up the house! Thanks for the recipe.

I really loved this recipe! I'm a college student and I like to learn new recipes to cook for my friends. The entire time I was cooking, I was afraid that the italian dressing would be too overwhelming, but it was perfect! The mix of dressing and soysauce evened out nicely. I did marinade the chops for an hour and added minced garlic to the marinade. After panfrying the chop along with onions, I added the rest of the marinade. It came out so moist and delicious! My problem with chops are that they normally come out dry so this was fantastic! Thanks so much!

Very good. My wife and I both enjoyed it very much, and even our 5 year old ate it, despite the fact he insisted while it was cooking he didn't like pork. Would certainly make it again, though we did go with the suggestions to brown the chops first, then back on a layer of onions with the liquid poured over top.

YUMMY and oh so easy! Definitely add onions to the batch, as they get a delicious, sweet flavor from the sauce. And, if you watch the time well, they come out very tender. I served this with mashed potatoes, and the sauce and onions mixed well with it. My significant other has never been a fan of pork chops and he said that this was "Safe to say, the best pork chop I've ever eaten!"

This actually turned out better than we expected. I am going to add a little garlic and onions next time (seems like everyone likes that combo). We will use this recipe again! UPDATE: I added some minced garlic and cooked for about 25 minutes, then I let them simmer for about 10 more minutes. They were extremely tender and juicy! Had to upgrade to 5 stars!!!
