We devoured these pork chops and I don't even like pork chops! This was well beyond my expectations. I didn't have an "Italian" dressing, per se, so I used a bottled balsamic vinaigrette. It was super tasty and super easy. Great recipe! I served with brown rice and broccoli and we cleaned our plates. We'll be making this for years to come.

These pork chops were excellent. I didn't have any Italian dressing, so I had to substitute Speidie sauce (those from upstate or western New York will know what it is). They came out very flavorful. Great recipe, thanks!

I cannot belive how simple and delicious this recipe is! My husband says this is his favorite pork so far I've made (keep in mind I've only been cooking for 1 year). The pork came out tender and perfectly flavored without being overpowering. The only thing I did different from the recipe was I cooked it until it looked done which was less than the recommended time. I am definitely makeing this again!

I made this last night and the family enjoyed it. I used lite Italian salad dressing out of the bottle and I added onions and a bit of garlic to the browning of the cutlets. Browning the cutlets made them look more appealing and I used less sodium soy sauce. I served buttered, parslied brown rice with these cutlets. Using some of the sauce from the cutlets on the rice was absolutely delicious! I also served green beans..making this a delicious, different, weeknight meal. Thank you!;)

So good and so easy! I did marinate 6 chops in the sauce for about 3 hours. 8 chops would definitely have fit in that much sauce. My husband raved and he doesn't usually like boneless pork chops because they tend to be on the dry side. These were tender and delicious. He had seconds! This would also be very good with chicken.

This recipe is awesome. Quick and easy. Even I loved them and I normally hate pork. A couple additions to the recipe, 1. I marinated the pork chops for about 5hours before cooking. 2. If you use boneless pork chops the recipe will cover 5-6 if not more. I had alot of extra marinade and I had 5 pieces (1lb) in there. We loved them so much I'm making them for Father's day. My family loves this recipe. It is so versatile. I change the dressing to give it different flavors. Anything that's a vinaigrette works great--balsamic, greek, asian sesame ginger--whatever you like. I've also done this with chicken. It is "yummy", also.

This was AWESOME. I made it like this: marinate the pork chops in the dressing, soy sauce. and chopped garlic all day. I used balsamic vinagrette and it was great. Brown the chops, remove from the pan, and toss in some sliced onions. Stir for a minute or so. Put the chops back on top of the onions, pour the marinade over it all, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or so until done. Great over rice.

This is one of my favorites. Its not the best smelling when cooking, but its one of the best tasting. Fast and easy - makes a tender chop.

This was good but the flavor is quite strong so be prepared! And despite really watching my chops they came out fairly dry. The cooking time as listed is too long, in my opinion. I used the leftover sauce to stirfry broccoli and THAT was DELICIOUS!! I might make this sauce again just to use as a veggie stir-fry sauce. Served it all over jasmine rice and my hubby liked it, but it wasn't his favorite of all time.

This is a great recipe. This is simple and fast. I fallowed the recipe with one change; I used six chops instead of four. I also cut the chops into large cubes for a faster cooking time. My family loved this recipe. I served the pork on rice along with the sauce it was cooked in. I will keep this recipe and use it often.

Excellent recipe. I only had a half a cup off zesty italian dressing so I also used red wine vinegrette. I cant believe how easy this was. It was delicious. It tasted sweet and a little tangy. Wonderful. I will be making this as a regular. I plan on browning my pork chops first next time. Just to add color for eye appeal.

These were very tasty. I'm not a big pork chop fan, but I ate all of mine. Even my 2 year old had 2 helpings (dipped in ketchup, of course). I used 2 envelopes of the italian dressing mixture and also put onions on the bottom as other reviewers suggested. I had Pork Sirloins (not sure what they are!) and cooked it for 30 minutes on convection.

I'm not impressed at all. The sauce took too long to cook down to the consistency I like because I think 2 cups of Italian dressing is too much. Sorry, won't make this again.

Easy & delicious! My husband didn't think he liked pork chops, but he loves these! I've thrown in dried minced onion & garlic on occasion, too.

I think this recipe could have a higher rating if the cooking time was adjusted. Luckily I read the previous reviews. I cooked the chops at a low simmer for 12 minutes, and they were done perfect. I can't imagine cooking them for a full 25min at med heat. I also marinated them for a few hours beforehand. I was suprised at how tender they were, as I don't usually have good luck with pork chops. The sauce was good with rice, and I love how easy it was, and with on-hand ingredients! I think I will definitely try them again.
