These were delicious although I changed up the recipe a little.I added grated carrot, finely cut spinach, some sweet pepper, a cup of mash potatoes and garbanzo beans which I processed. These were all leftovers I included to make it healthier.I also used plain bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning since I didn't have any of the one used in the original recipe.I must say these were wonderful and my family enjoyed them.With all the extra ingredients added I was able to make seven large burgers : )
