This dipping sauce was too heavy on the mustard with not enough honey for my taste. Problem solved with just a little extra honey added. My 2 yr-old and 5 yr.-old grands loved dipping their homemade chicken nuggets in it.

fabulous recipe ...this is very close to the oriental chicken salad dressing at a chain restaurant. I might try adding a few drops of sesame oil to give a little more depth of flavor. Folks won't quite know what the taste is, but it's a good-thing!

I did not have the onions so I did not add them but I thought it was perfect without them. I have always been kind of picky about honey mustard sauce and this one is exactly what i have been looking for. Thanks for sharing.

I keep some of this in the fridge at all times. It's good the day you make it, but it really is better the next day. I usually add a little more yellow mustard to it because we prefer it that way.
