So, I made this but doubled the sauce and used olive oil instead of vegetable. I also added cayenne and crushed red pepper for spice. Another thing I did was bake the dish vs grilling it. I used 325 setting and set the kabobs in for 15 minutes. After that I turned them and baked for 10 more minutes. Once this was all done, I flipped the chicken again and basted with the marinade. I turned the oven on broil and set it for 400. Left it in for two minutes, turned, basted and left it in for two more minutes. Chicken came out tender, tasty and peppers were great! I served this over a bed of white rice. Everyone loved it, and will cook again!
