I use this recipe for pork kabobs as well as chicken. This is my go-to marinade for summer skewer grilling. My husband's favorite meal that I make!

Excellent recipe, will be using this for vegetables or a simple chicken marinade in the (near) future! I only had an hour to marinade and it turned out fantastic. I used evoo as i didn't have vegetable oil. I also used some cayenne pepper and fresh garlic per other reviewers. Fast, Easy...I LOVE IT!

Used blueberry honey. Very good marinade. Made kabobs with zucchini, red bell peppers, and onion. Chicken was tender and my dinner guests enjoyed them.

Very easy recipe! I marinated my chicken for about 3 hours and it was full of flavor. I put the veggies and the chicken in a foil bag and grilled. Yummy!

Nailed it! This chicken made me do the two-step. Then I started singing Sam Cooke. Cook it up, have a party... there ya go!

Excellent Recipe and easy to make...I used Low Sodium Soy sauce and doubled the sauce recipe...I used on both chicken and steak with an array of veggies. Also marinated meat for 4 hours or so and veggies for maybe 2 hours (2 kids under 3 will not give me the freedom to do all the cutting at one time:-)) Will use this recipe again - thanks for sharing!!

Good marinade. I made these on a cold windy day so I think they were harder to grill, but the marinade had a good flavor and was easy to prepare. If I make again I'll marinade longer (I did about 4 hours) and baste more often (while will be easier when it warms up).

I marinated thinly sliced cutlets instead and served with brown rice cucumber salad and Pinot Grigio. I saved some marinade and heated it on the stove with a little cornstarch to thicken and served on the side. Delicious! I was going to use leftovers on a salad the next night but there wasn't any left!

These were really good...the veggies are outstanding!!! i didn't get to grill them, as our grill is in storage, I think they would have been way better if I could have grilled them...but the marinade is absolutely a keeper, it's wonderful!

i probably should've marinaded the chicken a bit longer than 1 hour. the taste wasn't really there even with me basting 2-3 times. adding mushrooms and pineapple made them yummy.

Good. Really good. And it doesn't make much of a mess on my grill. Something I'm *always* on the lookout for. ;-) The second time around, I cheated a little using chicken tenderloins wrapped with bacon and broiled. Added some pineapple chunks, too.

Everyone loved this recipe including our little kids. My (slightly) food snob husband wanted me to make it for dinner guests just a few nights later. I also used the marinade with shrimp and it was just as good.
