These had great flavor but I would seperate the veggies and chicken next time I make it. Then you can take the veggies off sooner or put them on later to save from overcooking.

These were delicious. I made the kabobs with yellow and green zucchini, chicken, onions, and red and green peppers. I let the chicken and veggies marinade all day and I broiled the kabobs for about 15 minutes (since I don't have a grill). They were absolutely delicious. However, they seem to lose most of their flavor when reheated... which is a shame because I made a lot! Next time, I might make extra marinade to put over the kabobs before reheating.

Very good. Added some garlic powder to the marinade. Marinated for about 8hrs. Next time might add something w/ a little acid (lime juice?), as chicken could have been a little tenderer.

This is so, so basic...all reviews add and confirm the value of this recipe...I want to add my 2 cents: Double ok, I make about 3or4 pounds of the veggies, because I eat, and love them, I cut them in half and/even slices. I spray with olive oil spray***before***I maranate, this is to restrict the calories and mushyness. I grill them (veggies) for the BBQ lines, and baste (dip in sauce). I let them drip dry, and freez on a cookie sheet, then put in plastic bags..& store. The veggies go fast, watch them, you want them undercooked for freezing, and crip if you serve them as a side dish...try this with some fruit too. Large, even sized pieces. Jagged is ok, just go for the grill lines. dip in lemon, or lime or whatever you have for a change. I make many things in advance, and can always put something great together in the time it takes to heat the grill.

Very good. My husband keeps wanting to make these up! I kept out the peppers and added pineapple to the kabobs. I also marinated overnight. Yummy!

Delicious and easy. This was my first attempt at grilling chicken and I was afraid that it would come out dry. It was moist and delicious! Will definitely make again and again.

Great Recipe! I used light soy, and I marinated the chicken overnight (+/- 18 hours). I put the marinade into a gallon ziplock (made one for chicken, and one for veggies, and one for shrimp). Everyone loved everything! Even my mother ...who is picky. Will definately use again! I marinated zucchini, baby bella mushrooms, onions and red pepers. We are new to grilling, and this made us look like we knew what we were doing! Thanks for sharing!

Oh my goodness! These were great! The only thing I did differently was to add minced garlic to the marinade, it was all I had on hand. My SUPER picky son asked for seconds! Thanks so much for this recipe. It will be a regular at our house.

THis is an excellent recipe. The flavor was very mild, but good, probably because i didn't marinate overnight.I will make again but will marinate overnight. This recipe is a keeper.

Simple and Yummy indeed! I cut up the chicken and then marinade. You can also sprinkle any seasoning after putting on kabobs...we used a carribean seasoning which was perfect with this sauce!

This is a great chicken recipe. Easy to do, easy to change, and always oh so good. The chicken always comes out tender, sweet and juicy...even when over cooked. I have also done it has breast halves (let them soak for a long time) and it is still wonderful! Thank you for such a great recipe!

Excellent recipe! I follow other suggestions and doubled the marinade. I only used 4 chicken breasts, but they were HUGE. Marinated chicken breasts, onions and pinapple (I didn't have a bell pepper) with about 3/4 of the marinade for 2 hours. I also chopped up 3 cloves of garlic and added that to the marinade as well. Make sure that you keep the heat of your grill at about 350-375. As long as you do, the chicken and the veggies cook up nice and evenly at the same time. You'll have to gauge the cooking time though. Ours took closer to 25 minutes before they were done. I used the last of the marinade for basting the kabobs towards the end, when they were just about done. This chicken turned out very moist and flavorful. A definite keeper!
