Easy to make! I added garlic and a bit if dry herbs to the mixture. Also, I ran out of honey and substituted it with Maple syrup. Marinated overnight... delicious! Thanks for the recipe.

Excellent recipe! I only used the red bell peppers with the chicken on the kabobs and added some minced garlic and onion powder to the marinade. I cooked them on my George Foreman and the were wonderful! Very authentic tasting.

Love this recipe! Followed as written, except added a 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes to the marinade and then skewered unmarinated fresh pineapple chunks between the chicken chunks instead of veggies. Grilled over high heat on a gas grill and it was quick and perfectly done. Everyone loved it!! Would definitely recommend!!

I followed this recipe to a tee and was extremely pleased with the results. The marinade is not too over powering. As another reviewer stated, I think this would make a great stir fry sauce as well. Will definitely make again, and will try using with shrimp or pork.

This is fantastic! I doubled the marinade and put chicken chunks and shrimp in separate zip lock baggies. The shrimp was very good but the chicken was totally awesome! Thanks for the recipe!

This has become a staple recipe in our household. I use it on both chicken and beef kabobs. I've made it so many times that it has become a regular request for bbq's!! I always double the marinade and I marinade meat & veggies together overnight or at least 3-4 hours. The longer you let the meat soak up those flavors the better! I prefer to marinade all my meat/veggies together & skewer together. Awesome recipe, thank you!!

My family said it was just “ok”, nothing special. I felt it lacked flavor even though I followed the recipe to the dot.

I made this last night. I substituted zucchini and grape tomatoes for the red pepper and I didn't have much time to marinate it but it was still amazing.

This was delicious! I marinated chicken breasts in the mixture (I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil)and just threw the whole breasts on the grill. I didn't baste or anything. The marinade seemed to lock in the juices and the end result was juicy, flavorful chicken breasts. Thanks, Ann Marie, for sharing a great recipe which my family will enjoy for many meals to come!

This recipe awesome. I changed it a bit to save on calories, so instead of using 1/4 of vegetable oil I only used a tablespoon of olive oil with three tablespoons of water. The chicken was very very tasty and we'll definitely be doing this again.

Delicious! I am only rating the marinade. I took chicken out in the morning and had no idea what I was going to do with it as it neared dinner time. I checked my recipes and decided to give this a try even thought I had only 1 1/2 hours to marinate. WOW! What flavor! I forgot the pepper so I only used the oil, soy (I used tamari) and the honey. I really didn't expect much with such few ingredients, but it was really delicious! I wound up grilling the chicken and topping it with bacon and cheddar cheese. I was incredibly moist and full of flavor. We all enoyed it and will be making it again soon. Thanks for the recipe. I am looking forward to an all day marinade.

Yummy! I added in a little ground ginger and sesame oil. Made my kabobs with chicken thighs, zucchini and red, yellow and orange peppers. If you use wood skewers make sure to soak them in water first.

I thought this was awesome - extremely easy and perfect. I marinated it all together for only about 4 hours. The time I put it on the grill was a perfect match for boiling the corn on the cob - great meal!

I marinated the chicken and vegetables in separate containers - well over 8 hours. Very bland. I had to give it 2 stars because the chicken was very tender - just not much flavor.

These kabobs were great! I also ended up doubling the sauce and we used chicken, green pepper and onion. I was shocked when my sauce loving husband decided to eat these without anything. He said they had such great flavor on their own he didn't want to cover it up!
