Absolutely delicious! My hubby, who I have a hard time feeding veggies to devoured these up along with 3 freshman college guys. My only concern was I didn't make enough. We all loved them. I made the marinade exactly as directed and it was perfect. I used onions, grape tomatoes and pineapple and let them set for about 3-1/2 hours. I already have requests to make these again tomorrow.

These turn out so good!! I made them in the oven and they still turned out so tender and delicious. I added some crushed red pepper and a little bit of tomato ketchup to the marinade. Will make these again for sure!!

Had this for a family BBQ and it was a big hit. A fun way to do chicken if you're having a variety of grilled meats. We marinaded overnight. I followed the directions exactly but next time I'll add the tomatoes and mushrooms recommended in the description. The tomatoes add a nice sweet touch.

Not bad. I think next time I will cut the garlic in half. Marinated for a few hours. Son didn't like it (not unusual). It sure did make the house smell great!

This marinade was SO easy to make and the kabobs were delicious! I doubled the recipe like other reviewers suggested and had plenty to marinade the chicken and the veggies. Plus some left over to brush on while grilling! I got many compliments and will definitely use this marinade again!

Very good! I marinaded whole chicken breasts instead of chicken chunks for kabobs and it turned out just as good!

Absolutely delicious. I followed the recipe except I didn't have time to marinate very long and it still turned out amazing. My young children loved the chicken. Will be making this a permanent family favorite.

This recipe was great! I completely forgot to marinate the chicken and veggies in advance, so I threw them in a bowl and marinated it all for about 30 minutes, and they still came out with incredible flavor. I added onions, red pepper, orange pepper (for color), onion, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes to the skewers.. delicious! I added balsamic vinegar to the mixture (actually by accident) and it gave it such great flavor!! Then I drizzled some honey over top of the marinating chicken and veggies. It was great! Highly recommended.

I am giving this 4 stars because my kids and my husband loved it. I do not eat meat, so I did not try it. But if my kids will eat it, it must be pretty good!

I made these for a friend and her family. She gave me the idea to coat the sticks with oil before placing veggies and chicken on them to keep them from sticking. Also, I did not realize how much time it would take to slide these onto each stick. Very good recipe.

these were delicious and easy. i only used about 1/4 cup of kikkoman soy sauce since it's really salty. i left out the vegetables since i didn't have any and i used whole skinless chicken thighs instead of the kabobs. these grill amazingly!

Very good and very easy. Marinated some eggplant which was great. Added a few shakes of hot pepper flakes as well. Doubled the marinate as everyone said.

Very tender and good. My daughter who is not a big meat eater loved this! I made it as written but forgot to baste and didn't do any veggies. I think I will try mushrooms next time.

great flavor! I did the meat and vegis separate but I think if the meat is small enough they could be done on low heat.

I made this recipe for a BBQ and it was a hit with everyone!! I didn't make any changes to the recipe except to double it. I had 5 chicken breasts cut up and the doubled marinade was perfect. I also use low sodium soy sauce so it's less salty. I marinaded over night which greatly increased the flavour and added zucchini. Thank you Ann Marie for a great bbq kabob recipe!
