These were just okay to me.... I did only the chicken without the veggies, I marinated the chicken overnight. I think I need to start buying low sodium soy sauce because everything I make with soy sauce is soooo salty to me. I made them on the george foreman, I don't know if it's just me but I think that chicken grilled on the foreman has a weird consistency to it. Might try again, thanks!

Great recipe! I have made this several times, both as kabobs and on chicken breasts. It is a hit every time!

Very good an easy to make. I would recommend mushrooms as they seemed to be the biggest hit and I did marinate them for 24 hours….

Absolutely delicious! Easily double the marinade. Also, let it set for at least a few hours, this allows the sauce to penetrate the chicken and veggies and they turn out so juicy and tender! Awesome, thanks!

OMG, this was sooooo good! I doubled up the sauce as others suggested. I am glad I did, because it was needed for full flavor and basting during the last few minutes of grilling. Instead of putting on skewers, I cooked it in one of those grill baskets on a lower setting (so the veggies wouldn't burn). It came out perfect. I marinated it for about 3 hours and the chicken came out so tender. My husband said this was the best recipe yet and I make alot of stir fry's :) Next time, I am going to try adding some zucchini. Thanks for an awesome recipe!

We made these and the chicken turned out very moist and very flavorful. I'm sure it'll be a meal that will be repeated in the future.

We made these for our Labor Day party and they were a HUGE hit!! I marinated the chicken and veggies together, along with some pineapple chunks, for 3 hours. I doubled the marinade, as suggested by other reviews, also added some pineapple juice to it. Grilled the kabobs on low heat and they cooked well together. Extraordinary flavor and texture. These kabobs will be made many times to come!!

These were soooo good! I marinated them for about 6 hours and that seemed to be enough time. I marinated the chicken with pineapple slices and on a separate container marinated onions, green peppers, mushrooms and grape tomatoes. I combined the chicken and veggies on the kabobs and they cooked fine together. Our only complaint was that the chicken had a weird creamy coating on it, but we didn't mind it much and that could've come from marinating it together with the pineapple. Making these again tomorrow!

I planned this all appetizer dinner for my husband and he LOVED this. I just added a little bit more honey and some Crystal hot sauce. I let it marinate for at least 6 hours and later baked it in the oven. He already asked when I will be doing this again!

I made this and didn't have any veggies and than hubby had to work so I didn't use the grill, I cooked these in the oven. They came out really good. I can only imagine how good it would taste off the grill. Pineapple chunks went GREAT w/ this! I'm definatly trying this again; the right way and with the veggies next time! Thanks..

I doubled the recipe & made exactly as indicated. I put chicken, marinade, peppers & onions in double-bagged ziploc. I didn't have skewers but still wanted the grilled flavor so I used an old pizza pan with holes. I made an extra batch of the marinade for basting. On the grill I added crushed pineapple & grape tomatoes. I grilled everything together, basting occasionally until chicken was cooked through and veggies were soft & grilled. Served over brown rice. It was amazing!! The chicken was juicy and very tender. Only regret was not making more. Even with a double batch, there were no left-overs for me today :( Absolutely will make again. Maybe try beef next time??
