I'm one of those people who hardly cook. It's just out of pure laziness really... but one day my brother made a bet that I couldn't cook anything that tasted good - so I went on this website and found this yummy recipe (afterall it has the word "yummy" in it)... well it was a major HIT!!! Everyone loved the kabobs and it was gone within minutes!!!! My mother loved it so much that she asked for the recipe and made them herself... She added pineapples to the kabobs and they tasted fab!!!! Thanks for the recipe!

Followed the recipe exactly and let marinate overnight until the next evening. Wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped it would be. The only thing I did not do was baste it while grilling it but just assumed since I had marinated it for an extra long time that the flavor would soak in. Prob wouldn't use this again.

MMMMMMMMMMM!!!! Can't wait for lunch tomorrow. I marinaded the chicken and veggies in separate ziploc bags for about 3 hours. This recipe is so delicious. Don't change a thing. Next time, I'm going to try putting some pineapple with the veggies.

great recipe and marinade. i let the chicken chunks sit for 24 hours in the marinade. i didnt have garlic (doh!) so i used garlic powder instead, and it was great. also threw a little chicken seasoning on them before grilling just for fun. i basted them the entire time on the grill and they turnde out great. the sauce carmelized beautifully. will def make again! thanks!

I have used this recipe as a base for my favorite marinade. I make chicken breasts alone in this yummy sauce. Simple and truly flavorful. THE best combo of flavors!!!

This is a simple, summertime meal. I could really taste the honey, which is great with the sweet veggies. I used a red onion, too, and skewered the meat separate from the veggies to adjust for cooking time.

This is an excellent recipe, and lives up to all the reviews. A few things to remember. 1. Double the sauce, or you won't have enough. 2. If you're going to baste with the sauce, do it in the last minutes of of grilling. 3. Marinating the chicken and veggies is a MUST, and the longer the better. I put the chicken and veggies in separate zip-lock bags, and left them for about 8 hours. Every time I went to the fridge I turned the bags over. 4. If you're using wooden skewers, don't forget to soak them in water for a few hours, or they'll burn...I hate it when that happens. 5. If you lower your grill temperature a bit, you'll be able to put the veggies and chicken on the same skewers and they'll come out cooked to perfection. Place your hand about 2 inches over the heated grill surface. If you can hold your hand there for three seconds, then you've got the right grill temperature. If you have to take your hand away sooner, it's too hot. Oh, and you've got to add some pineapple chunks. Keep the faith and keep cooking.

This recipe was great! I made it for my very picky boyfriend & his father and they both loved it! Should have let it sit longer than I did (about an hour and a half). It was excellent though, I will definitely be making this again.

Could't believe how delicous these came out! I forgot to use the marinade on the chicken during cooking on the grill, and still tasted great! By request, I'm making them again tomorrow. :) Definitely a keeper! Also, on the skewers I added pineapple chunks, mushroom slices, and carrots. Uber yummy!

I was really looking forward to this recipe...followed it EXACTLY as described and used fresh chicken breast. I did not care for this recipe. It tasted like burnt soy sauce on the grill, even when cooked at a low temp. The honey is just not coming through at all. Way too much soy sauce in this recipe.

My husband made this and we felt the flavor wasn't very strong even after marinating it all day. It was good though. We'll probably make it again.

This recipe was great. I totally forgot to add in the garlic (which I *love*), but it was still really good. I will continue to make this and make sure I add the garlic. The veggies I used were zucchini, onions, and red bell peppers. Yummy! NOTE: I agree with others thatyou need to double the recipe for the sauce.

This was really good. I made just as is! MMMM yum. The marinade/glaze was delicious! My husband even liked it, and he didnt even want to try it because i made with bells and onions and he's a picky man, but he ate those more than the bacon/pineapple ones I made too! This was sooo good, will be making a lot during the summer!

I love this recipe. I triple it though because I marinate the chicken in one bag and all the veggies in another. Then I have an extra batch for basting. I add pineapple as others do, and add some of the juice to the marinade as well.
