A holiday favorite of Florence Shaw from East Wenatchee, Washington, this creamy pie delivers wonderful eggnog flavor. It's very pretty, too, with a sprinkling of nutmeg on top.

A pie for the microwave. Graham cracker crust may be substituted for pre-baked pie crust. Creating this pie is a bit to do, but well worth the time spent!

Eggnog Pie with Rum

Submitted by: Julie Pastore
This pie is sensationally rich and the perfect holiday dessert offering. The crust is made from buttery and sugared pecans. The filling is a thick eggnog custard, laced with rum, and made even more wonderful with mounds of whipped egg whites and cream. The pie is chilled and frosted with spiced whipped cream.

Give a traditional custard pie a holiday twist by using eggnog in place of milk. Add a splash of brandy or brandy extract if you wish to extend the holiday cheer.

Rum Cream Pie

A half-cup of rum goes into this pie that 's wonderfully rich and creamy. Egg yolks, sugar and unflavored gelatin are combined, and folded into rum-flavored whipped cream. This heavenly mixture is poured into a baked crust and topped with shredded chocolate.

Toasted Coconut Cream Pie

You 'll need a double boiler for this ethereal dessert, because you 'll want the egg custard to cook slowly and beautifully. When the custard is thick and creamy, a sweetened, foamy egg-white mixture is folded in, and then brandy whipped cream is folded into that. This luscious filling is then poured into a pastry shell that has been brushed with apricot glaze, and then the pie is sprinkled with toasted coconut.

Old Fashioned Cream Pie

The secret to this decadent, rich cream pie is that you 'll have to beat the ingredients into a froth, so use a blender. Half-and-half, whipping cream, butter, sugar, and an egg are whirred until smooth and perfectly combined. The filling is then poured into a pie shell, given a generous sprinkling of cinnamon, and baked until set.

Lots of cream, and lots of white and brown sugars make the filling of this baked pie rich, smooth and delicious. While still warm, drizzle this pie with melted chocolate or dust with cocoa powder.
