Delicious, easy and quick! Versatile recipe where you can use different flours and add in whatever you desire! Try using dried fruit or different types of nuts in place of the pecans.

These vegan pancakes are much fluffier than any other recipe I've had. They are also very moist and delicious! My omnivore husband loves these!

These simple pancakes contain neither eggs nor dairy, and taste great with your favorite syrup! Be sure to use vegan chocolate chips.

These healthy pancakes with a hint of almond are delicious. They're thick and fluffy and they really stick to your ribs. Serve warm with maple syrup or peach jam. Leftovers are great served cold with a little peach jam spread on them, yum!

Easy, satisfying, and full of whole grain goodness! Top as desired- I like mine with peanut butter and sugar-free syrup. Also, any chopped fruit, nuts, or chocolate chips could be added to the batter.

Gosh these sound healthy and good. Soy milk is mixed in with whole wheat flour and cornmeal to make this wonderful batter. Pour onto a hot griddle or pan and cook each side until golden. Douse with maple syrup or the blackberry syrup above.

My sister taught me how to make these. They are the best pancakes in the world. Enjoy! You may also add fruit to the pancake batter before grilling the pancakes.
