Red Wine Marinade

Full-bodied and robust, this marinade can take on just about any cut of beef. A mixture of red wine, olive oil, oregano and lemon juice does the trick. For best results, marinate the lucky meat in the fridge overnight.

This is a great marinade for different beef cuts. We use it on steaks that we want to grill. Has GREAT flavor and keeps meat tender and moist! Allow time to marinate for at least 6 hours.

Soy sauce, olive oil, lemon, and garlic are combined for a one-hour steak marinade. Marinate less tender cuts of steak for longer. Recipe can be multiplied.
