I used this stuffing for Thanksgiving this year and I'm also using it for Christmas Eve. I thought of it more like a pilaf rather than a stuffing because the rice really stands out more than the bread. Some changes I made were the seasonings, I just used what was listed if it was in my cupboard. I think the important flavors are probably the garlic, pepper, sage and poultry seasonings, and you'll get the stuffing taste. I also added parsnips and used white rice instead of the wild, it's a family preferance. But you really want to make sure it stays moist otherwise your rice will get dry and very crunchy. I loved this recipe and look forward to playing with it again in a couple of days! Thanks for sharing it :)

I was excited to try this but didn't end up liking it at all. It was extremely salty, probably from all the chicken bouillon, and it had a funky taste that I didn't like - not sure if that was the herb combo or what. If you try this, I'd recommend cutting the chicken bouillon to 1 t, but personally I won't be making it again.

Yum. The only thing is that I think there is a little too much wild rice, but it's a matter of personal taste. Great reheated.

A great recipe. The wild rice gives the stuffing a great flavor. Definitely worth the effort. A nice cahnge of pace.
