I give this recipe 4 1/2 stars due to it tasted really good, and it was super easy to make. On the mustard I added only 1 Tbls which tasted perfect.

This recipe was very easy to put together, and a great way to use up leftover ham. I did use quinoa instead of the rice mix as it's what I had on hand, but it turned out well with the quinoa. It had a nice, subtle taste with the cheese and mustard, and the soup, mayo, and mustard made the dish nicely creamy. My family enjoyed this dish quite a bit, and I will definitely keep it around for use with ham leftovers in the future.

This was good but I was not a fan of the sauce... which is just due to my personal taste because I'm not a fan of dijon mustard. Although this recipe didn't call for it, the soup/mayo/mustard mix produced a tangy dijon taste. Thanks anyway.
