This recipe was very easy to put together, and a great way to use up leftover ham. I did use quinoa instead of the rice mix as it's what I had on hand, but it turned out well with the quinoa. It had a nice, subtle taste with the cheese and mustard, and the soup, mayo, and mustard made the dish nicely creamy. My family enjoyed this dish quite a bit, and I will definitely keep it around for use with ham leftovers in the future.
