This was a great weekday-lunch recipe! It reheats nicely. I modified it due to lack of ingredients. I used vegetable broth instead of water and chicken bouillon. Much to my dismay, I didn't have wild rice so used 1 cup white rice and 1 cup lentils instead. I think I would add a little more seasoning of some sort next time.
