Original Recipe Yield 1 loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 5/8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
  • 1/8 cup regular oats
  • 1/8 cup oat bran
  • 1/8 cup wheat germ
  • 1/8 cup cornmeal
  • 1/8 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/8 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Whole Wheat and Light Crust settings. Start.
