SO GOOD! The only thing I changed was that i cooked the chicken in chicken broth with a little bit of chile powder and added 1/2 a can of enchilada sauce to the chicken mixture and the other half i mixed with the cream and put on top. My husband loved them too! I will make these again very soon!

My family Loves these enchiladas...True they are different then traditional enchiladas but hey do we have to eat the same thing all the time? I made the enchiladas just like the recipe states except I added taco mix to the chicken..So Good..Thanks Whit!!!

Delicious! My family did miss the tomato based sauce that they are used to with enchiladas - but this was a great alternative.

These are good. However, I've never had a truly flavorful chicken enchilada! I'm not sure if it's just me or what, but it seems like all chicken enchilada recipes that I try are missing something! Still, they're good, and my husband really liked them. We added salsa and sour cream on top.

Stupendous!! So good that I got over all that guilt from the heavy cream. They don't need salsa on top; they're great just as they are. The bottom of mine browned just slightly and that was the best part!

This was good but kinda boring. I added some red and yellow bell peppers and onion to the jalapenos and chilis. If I were to make it again, I would mix an envelope of taco seasoning in with the chicken for more flavor. Thanks.

This recipe is absolutely delicious. I think it's my family's favorite. I changed the cheese to a Mexican combination shredded bagged cheese. Very good.

My family can't get enough of this recipe!! I use canned chicken to save time and throw in a little taco seasoning. Then, I serve it with yellow rice, black beans, sour cream, and lettuce. These enchiladas melt in your mouth!!
