Really good--my family liked it. I followed some of the suggestions posted, like cutting back on the beans and using heavy cream instead of milk. Yummy!

I served it for a Buckeye game when I had guests over--everyone enjoyed it very much! I agree with shelly_md, it barely had a kick and I was pondering on what to add to give it a kick! The beans were a bit overwhelming, so I'd definitely cut it back next time! Delicious!

Delicious! The first time I followed the recipe, but next time I'll hold off on some beans and I would double the amount of cilantro and diced chiles because it barely had a kick. Oh and there's no need to wait for leftover Turkey if you live near a TRader Joe's. They have cooked Turkey already in the refrigerated section.

An excellent, different way to use left over turkey. Even my picky eater loved it.

This recipe is delicious!! I make it for family and friends often and people always want the recipe. I substitute a can of original Rotelle tomatoes for the green chilies because the first time I made it, I had all ingredients except the chilies. Everyone loved it so I have never tried the green chilies.

Great way to use leftover turkey. I used leftover gravy and pan drippings to equal the chicken stock. Used heavy cream instead of milk. Since I used gravy it acted like a roux to give the chili some body. Will use great northern bean next time as I do not like the mouthfeel of cannellini beans.

This was a healthy alternative to regular chili but it wasn't thick enough for my liking. It was more like a soup than a chili.

It was great!! Before knowing if it would be spicy enough for us or not I added approx 1/8 t each of cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper and chili powder and it was definitely spicy! I will try the recipe again for sure without my additions too.
