This did not taste as good as it sounded. The only good part was the berry "sauce" and white chocolate it was garnished with. The "pudding" itself, I believe, had too much gelatin in it because it had the texture of caulk. It was hard to taste the flavor of it because the texture was so weird. I won't be making this again.

This was a nice ending to supper. I came accross this recipe after I curdled my white chocolate mousse recipe and was in need of something for a replacement. This worked perfectly! I used the rasberry puree that I had already whipped up from the White Chocolate Mousse recipe on this site. I only had Dannon vanilla yogurt and it tasted just fine! I did not have to refrigerate over night, just a couple hours and it was good to go! I garnished with white chocolate wedges and raspberries. It will help the sweet-tooth in a little healthier of a way! The consistency was thicker than pudding, more like a jello.
