These were very good. I did change a couple of things no macadamia nuts on hand so I used walnuts instead and also no cream of tartar on hand so I used vinegar (as per the exchange that this was a suitable substitute). Oh and I also did not dip in water just scooped them out with my smallest cookie soup and dredged them in sugar like I would do a snickerdoodle. I will certainly make these again. Tasty and quite easy to make!
