I made this tart for a tea party. It turned out great and everyone loved it. Next time I make it I might leave off the glaze though because it made the fruit a little slimy.

This Tart is absolutely delicious! I made individual tarts, as I brought them into the office, and my co-workers were raving about them. One thing I might try would be less Chocolate, and add Raspberry Jam to the filling. All-in-all, definitely will make it again.

WOW! I just made this dish today and it was fantastic. The fruit that I used were blueberries, blackberries, rasberries, strawberries and peaches. All fresh except for the peaches. I wanted to use the canned peach juice for the glaze. I didn't end up putting the glaze on because it was to messy. But I thought it turned out great anyways! Thankyou!

ok before I comment on the recipe, I have to say this: I'm head-over-heels in love with the white chocolate cream. Alright, now that thats outta the way, I gotta say that this was an easy recipe.. the only difficult part was the arrangement of fruits (I posted a pic). I followed the recipe to a T, and it came out wonderfully. Ok so back to the cream...man it was so good, I ate 2 tablespoons right after making it... did I mention I'm a white-chocolate fan? (and I'm supposed to be on a diet)

This is fantastic. I used peaches instead of pineapple - personal preference - but I'm sure it would be just as good either way. I made it for a baby shower and it got rave reviews - it's a good thing I made two because they both disappeared. I made the crust and the filling the night before and just added the fruit and glaze in the morning - it was easy and delicious, this one will be a new favourite!

This recipe was very easy to make but very time consuming. I ended up baking the crust the night before and then finishing the rest the following day. But it was a hit! I made two batches for our party and everyone loved it!!! It took me about 45-50 mins. to brown the crust though. I also used all fresh fruts. =)

This was a fabulous special occasion dessert. Although easy to make, it is a bit time consuming, so plan ahead. The base was really sticky, so I chilled it for a few minutes before patting into the tart pan. Instead of the fruits called for, I used all fresh fruits - strawberries, kiwi, mango and raspberries, and used melted apricot-pineapple preserves for the glaze. Got rave reviews at a dinner party, everybody had seconds, and several asked for the recipe.

This is an excellent entertainers dessert. Take some time to arrange the fruit and it looks spectacular. The white chocolate filling is delicious. I cooked the base a little longer than suggested and it was perfect. Definitley a dessert to impress your guests.
