I was disappionted that the cupcakes themselves didn't have any of the white chocolate in the batter. I wish I would have mixed the chips in before baking. And I agree, way too much butter in the frosting, and way too much frosting! You could easily halve the frosting and still have leftover. Not impressed...
But, hold the phone - these were amazing the next day!
