I used cubed chicken breast instead of turkey and added mozarella cheese to each individual bowl before serving. Delicious!!!

This is great! I added an extra can of beans and some extra corn. I didn't drain the beans either. I think that makes it thicker. This will be great for football games with tortilla chips. Yummy!

Worked great! I used Perrper-jack cheese instead of jalepeno cheddar (couldn't find) and it was just fine - husband loved it! also added about 1/2 teaspoon black pepper at the end.

This was a really great way to use the ground turkey -- which is what I was going for. I added some red peppers and some hot sauce. Will difinitely make again!

This was great! We'll make it often. Hubby didn't think he would like the beans, but wah-lah, he was mistaken. Very tasty! Thank you!

Quick •Good•Easy. at first I wasn't sure about how it would be with the Turkey, but I just browned it with a little bacon grease I used more beans also. Really delcious. I think it would make a great corn chowder soup also.

This recipe is really tasty. Could be a bit thicker, but I made it in the slow-cooker so maybe that's why it was more "watery". The only suggestion I have is to serve it with or over tortilla chips. Great football game watching food!
