Delicious! We don't like things too spicy, so I added a small can of diced green chiles instead of the jalapeno pepper. Topped it off with cheese, sour cream and a sprinkling of chili powder. I definitely will be making this often this winter!

This was incredible! I have never made this before and my husband and I loved it! I made a few changes like others suggested. I didn't rinse the beans and used cilantro instead of parsley. My family doesn't like the spiciness of jalapeno, so I added a can of mild diced green chili's. This gave it the great flavor without the heat. I'm making it again today for company. I can't say enough good things about how good it is!

Very tasty! I added extra chicken, garlic powder + fresh garlic, green bell pepper + canned green chilis. I also doubled the cornstarch mixture...1/4 cup cornstarch + a little under 1/2 cup water...this helped thicken it up nicely! Will definitely make again!

It was perfect for my taste buds with the following modifications: full bunch of fresh cilantro chopped in place of the parsley, 1/2 tsp MORE cumin, 2 more cloves of garlic, 4 oz can of chopped green chilis, salt and pepper to taste. Thanks for sharing a great recipe to warm up a cold night!

Excellent!!!! It was a little thinner than a regular chili, but it was absolutely delicious, i will make this again. I too used fresh cilantro instead of parsley, then topped with cheddar cheese and a dollip of sour cream.

Easy to make and everyone loves it! I used fresh cilantro instead of parsley. Everyone just chooses cheese and or sour cream for the top... Yum!

Very nice and wholesome meal. I made a large batch and froze for quick, easy dinners later. Next time, I will add more beans, jalapenos and spices.

Easy, healthy, but best of all...my kids ate it (and they never touch anything with beans)! I substituted cilantro for the parsley and only drained half the beans per other reviews. If I were to make this for just adults, I would definitely spice it up a lot. But for families, this is nice and mild.

I thought this was really good and the best part was how simple it was. I used 3 cans of beans but only drained one. It ended up being a really nice consistency. Like other reviewers, I also swapped cilantro for the parsley and then topped it with shredded pepper jack cheese. It was really good and will definitely be a keeper!

Great chili! Very simple, but very flavorful. The only thing I did different was use cilantro instead of parsley based on someone else's recommendation. I would consider this soup to be healthy and very filling.

This is great! Easy and delicious. The cilantro instead of parsley was a very good idea, loved it. It was very hot weather so I didn't thicken it and just made a brothy soup. Ate it all week and felt healthy. I am making it again and will thicken it this time. yum.

This turned out great. I also used cilantro instead of parsley and it had a wonderful flavor. The weather here is hot right now, so I didn't add the cornstarch to thicken and instead made a brothy soup. Healthy and delicious. I will definitely be making this again and in the winter will thicken it.

This was excellent and my first attempt ever at making white chicken Chili. I used Olive oil instead of the vegetable oil. My husband ate 4 bowls. I only used half of the jalopeno because I don't like my food spicey but I think the next time I will use the whole thing because most of the spice cooks out when you saute it.

I thought this was good. I also used tortilla chips, sour cream, and shredded cheddar. Was easier to make than I anticipated. I also used more cumin than recipe stated.

Wow! what a great recipe. I made a couple of modifications, I doubled the lime juice, used 2 tsp dried parsley, 1 tsp oregano, and I didn't have an peppers, so I used a can of diced chilies that I had. I didn't rinse one of the cans of beans to help thicken the base. The only thing I would do different is make a double batch so we could have left overs! Thanks for the great recipe.

I really liked this, and so did my family. I didn't have cornstarch, so I used 3 Tablespoons of Flour mixed with 1/4 cup cold lime juice rather than just using 1 tablespoon lime juice in chili. It thickened it, but I think I will not drain the beans next time to add thickness. The flavor was deliscious, absolutely perfect. Thanks for sharing!! I did not use cilantro as others suggested, I didn't have it, but the parsley flavor was really good!

This is a great alternative to the traditional beef chili recipe. I entered this in my company chili cook-off and won most creative chili! The only change I made to the recipe is using canned white breasts instead. The chicken was extremely tender and it cut the cooking time in half.

Delicious and kid approved too! I did make a few changes. I added a can of green chilis, added an extra 1T. of lime juice, and didn't rinse off the beans and used cilantro instead of parsley. Still mild even with one jalepeno, might use two next time to give it more of a kick.
