I did not care for this recipe. Nothing like white bean chili too watery after I let it boil for 25 mins! disappointed

If you're looking for a good White Chicken Chili, look no further! Two things I did, I added an extra Jalapeno as one doesn't give it much heat (seeded) and I used a Rotiserrie Chicken from the supermarket. Make sure to saute the onion/pepper & garlic, very important, and if it browns on the bottom of the pan...GOOD! When you add the broth just scrape it up, it adds the most wonderful flavor! Thank you to Christy for posting this!

pretty good. one of the better white chicken chili recipes I've tried. I cooked the chicken with the onions and it turned out fine.

I put this in the crockpot with whole chicken breasts, then shredded them once they were cooked. This recipe was pretty good, but I really felt it was lacking in flavor. I had to top it with sour cream and cheddar, which helped a lot. I will say though, that my husband and 4 year old daughter loved it, so maybe it's just me.

I don't understand why everyone LOVES this white chili? I just made it for my family and we couldn't even eat it...

As written, this recipe is incredibly bland. DH pronounced it "chicken soup with beans instead of noodles." But with some minor tweaks, we turned it into a nice, warm comfort food for a cold night. We added another tablespoon of lime juice, a teaspoon of chili powder (not the store-bought powder, but real New Mexican chiles ground up) and a tablespoon of chopped cilantro. The real kicker was the cup of cooked brown rice that we threw in after all the flavors had a chance to meld. This turned it into a very heart soup -- definitely not chili.

I love this recipe, it's my first time making White Chili! I tweeted it up a little with carrots, kale, 3/4 cup of Bush baked beans and canned corn. I used 1# of ground white chicken breast rather than cubed cooked chicken. Instead of adding 1/4 c. water with cornstarch, I reserved 1/4 cup of broth and added the cornstarch to that.

We are having a chili cook-off tomorrow at church and I wanted something different. I found this recipe and made it exactly as written except I substituted cilantro for the parsley. After fixing it I thought it needed just a little "kick." I added one can of Rotel and it was exactly what it needed. It did add color but it was just right for people who do not like things extremely hot. Fixing cornbread with it and hopefully will win!!! I could eat the whole pan I do believe!! :)

Good basic recipe i changed it up a by using cilantro, the juice of 1 lime, 3 cans of un drained beans, more cornstarch, green chilies, and way more seasonings.
