I made this for the first time for our office party, with no idea how it would turn out. I only modified the recipe by adding an egg to the ricotta, and everyone asked for the recipe. It was delicious! I made a second version with broccoli in lieu of the spinach and it was equally liked.

I cooked this for my family, and they loved it. I liked it too, and I normally run away screaming from anything that has green in it! For anybody looking to make this, I suggest getting grated/shredded packaged cheese...or else be prepared to be doing a LOT of grating and shredding!

We really enjoyed this, but I only used one box of spinach and that was plenty to me! I made it with leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. I prepped it and stored it in the freezer in one of the oven-safe disposable plastic dishes with a lid. I thawed it and baked it later. Next time, I would up the sauce a little, because I was barely able to cover the top layer.

Very creamy and decadent...definitely not an everyday meal! Only used 1 box of spinach per reviewers suggestions, and that was perfect. I beat an egg in the ricotta ad did my own layering method: sauce, noodles, ricotta, spinach, chicken, sauce, noodles, ricotta, spinach, chicken, sauce, noodles, sauce.

This was delicious. I made this as written, except that I mixed my cooked chicken right into the sauce to keep it from drying out. The next time I make this though, I will definitely cut the spinach down to one box, two seemed a little much. Thanks for posting this; we all enjoyed it.

This was absolutely delicious! My husband and I loved it. I didn't use as much cheese or spinach as the recipe suggested (probably about 1/2). Left out the ricotta because I didn't have any on hand. I seasoned my chicken with some dry Italian dressing mix. I just mixed the chicken and spinach together and layered noodles, chicken mixture, cheese, sauce, etc. Thanks for the great recipe!

Wonderful! I marinated boneless chicken breasts in a cajun marinade then grilled and sliced. I also divided the spinach, using a 1/2 pkg mixed into the ricotta. The rest of the spinach was sauteed with chopped onions, shredded carrots and mushrooms. This mixture became another layer. Delicious!

This was really a very good recipe. I did only use half of the spinach, I added more garlic and I combined the ricotta, spinach and chicken. That was kind of a no brainer. I did have that feeling that the chicken was very blah. But on the bright side I really felt like maybe cooking the chicken with some seasoning would take care of that. I think next timie I will cook it in some Italian dressing seasoning. Overall a really yummy recipe!

The white sauce in this recipe is absolutely wonderful! I did not change a thing except instead of using chicken I used leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Too bad it's not really diet conscious. But who are we kidding? Getting fat never tasted so good!

This, to me, is a 4 star recipe because it needed a little help. The taste is pretty good. Like a few others, I shredded the chicken. Definitely don't use plain chicken. Also, the spinach layer is too spinachy. I suggest mixing the spinach with the ricotta or something. I had a feeling the ricotta would be too plain, so I mixed in an egg and some s&p and parsley. I just wish I had followed my instinct with the spinach! I used the 2 C Mozzarella in the sauce, and didn't use the other 2 C. The parm & ricotta was enough for the other layers. Pretty tasty, it will probably be better in the morning. OH, and I used NO bake lasagna noodles. That probably saved a lot with the prep time. It didn't seem to take too long. I cooked it for 40 mins covered, and then 10 mins uncovered at 425.

My family loves this! Especially my super picky husband. I only use half the spinach and put it in the food processor to sneak it in on him. I put it in the sauce. It's terrific. MAke sure to use plenty of garlic.

This was toooooo cheesy so I changed it by subbing cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese instead of 3 cups of mozzarella cheese for the sauce. I also used ground chicken instead of cubed chicken.VERY VERY YUMMY

This recipe was delicious and so easy!! The only thing I did differently was that I only used 1 package of spinach, which was a perfect amount. Also, for the next time, I think I will shred the chicken meat instead of cutting it into cubes, since it everything else was so smooth that it was weird to bite into a chunk of chicken. Also, the next time I make this, I think that I will leave the seasonings out of the sauce (I thought it was a bit too much) and season the ricotta instead with about half of the amount of seasonings. Another thing I wish I did: usually when I make any type of pasta stuffed with ricotta, I will add an egg to the cheese and beat it up well--I think it holds it all together much better. This recipe didn't say to do that, so I didn't...and the ricotta just seemed to be falling out all over the place. Other than a few modifications I will make, I thought this recipe was delicious!! I will definitely make it again.

I MADE THIS DISH FOR A POT LUCK AT WORK AND EVERYONE LOVED IT!. I ENDED UP USING NON BAKE NOODLES. I ADJUSTED THE RECIPE TO INCLUDE MORE CHEESE(GIVES IT THAT GOLDEN BROWN TOP), 1/2 AN ONION AND 1/2 THE SPINACH CALLED FOR. ALSO, SHREDDED CHICKEN BREAST WAS USED. PREP WAS LENGTHY, BUT OVERALL WELL WORTH IT!

this recipe, while not fast, healthy or cheap is delicious and impressive. And even better, it freezes amazingly well. I double the recipe and make one to eat and one for the potluck that I know I will not have time to cook for in the near future. I just put one in my freezer tonite in anticipation of holiday potlucks at work! Just pull it out and stick in the oven and I'm Martha Stewart!!
