Absolutely delicious. I was worried about it being too rich, but it wasn't. The spinach helps keep it grounded. I was also concerned that my sauce wasn't thick enough, but it was just fine and firmed up in the oven.

This lasagna is absolutely delicious! I followed some tips from other people who reviewed the recipe and cut the spinach down to one box and it was just the right amount for our taste. I sauteed the chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, and italian seasoning to give it a little zing, and it was a good compliment to the dish. I also substituted the basil and oregano for italian seasoning, and the sauce tied in well with the chicken. I also added a beaten egg in with my ricotta to help it hold up better. The only thing I will do differently next time, is mix the spinach with the ricotta cheese to make it blend better. This recipe is definitely worth the work involved in preparing it, and is a good go-to dish when you need to impress company. :)

This recipe was great, I made it for my family and they loved it. The leftovers that were left, were gone the next day. The only thing I changed was the ricotta cheese. My family doesn't like it so I left it out and it came out fine. I will definitely make this again

Wow. This is outstanding. I also had a little bit of trouble following the directions and thought they were a little tedious. Plus, staring with cooking the chicken, making the sauce and assembling the lasagna DID take a long time. It took me a good hour and a half. In the end, it was all worth it. I stayed pretty true to the ingredients, but I used half of the amount of spinach and I used a "pizza cheese" blend instead of the plain mozzarella. The blend had smoked mozzarella, and it seems to have helped ramp up the flavor a little. I will definitely make this again.

The Sauce was really good, but this recipe was a little confusing to me. I was not real clear when to add certain ingredients after the first layer. (Ricotta Spinach) Also the spinach needs to be sauted before adding. I don't care for cooked vegetables that are crunchy or chewy. I will not use canned chicken either. My wife loved it though and took a batch to her office. Film at 11

This recipe is Great! My wife and I have made it several times, with the following changes to make it healthier: Used Dry curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta. (1% fat) Used low fat mozza instead of regular(15%MF) Cut the onions up really fine as Nik doesn't like onions much, but I do. It takes some time to make, but if you're careful, you can make a delicious, low fat, lasagna. Nik is on weight watchers, and each piece (with the above changes) works out to 4 points. So two pieces for dinner, with a salad with low fat dressing works out to only 10 points. Not bad, and tastes very rich. For the parmesan, we have an italian deli close to home, so we use the full fat, full flavour Parmigiano-Reggiano but only the 1/4 cup for topping. We omit the other cup. A good quality, homemade chicken stock makes up for the cheese (keep in mind there's already 4 cups of mozza and 2 cups of dry curd cottage cheese, thats 6 cups of cheese!) The trick is the 1% dry curd and the low fat part skim mozza (if you're concerned about weight) We always double the recipe and freeze it in 2 piece portions after cooling, wrapped in plastic wrap, then freeze. Grab a 2 piece serving from the freezer, pop on a plate, into the microwave, and 5 or so minutes later, you have a healthy, low fat, lasagna which is a great tasty alternative to TV dinners. WE LOVE IT!

this was really really good. i think what might make it a bit more fancy is if it had artichoke hearts and maybe some roma tomoatoes on top.... mmmm. seasoned chicken with mrs. dash garlic and herb, sauteed it in olive oil. i only used one pack of spinach, (accidentally used the other one) and it wasnt enough for us. we love spinach. overall, delicious.

This was very good - the sauce was super! A great alternative to regular lasagna. The only thing I would do differently next time is cut the amount of spinach in half...it was a little too much.

My family enjoyed this dish. To save time, I seasoned and baked the chicken for this recipe and for dinner the next night while I prepared the rest of the ingredients (sauce, etc.). I used oven-ready noodles, too.

This recipe was not only wonderful, but it was fun to make. My husband jumped in and helped me with the layering. :) Here are my suggestions. 1 pkg of spinach was enough, but if you love spinach go for 2. Next time I make this I will cut the chicken into smaller pieces or even shred the chicken. The bit sized chunks I used seemed a little out of place in the dish. I chose to puree the onions instead of chopping and the sauce was smooth and delicious! I will also play with the layering a bit instead of following the recipe suggestions. I also think sauteed mushrooms would be amazing in this dish. This one is a keeper!

My family refused to eat this lasagna after the first bite. WAY too much cheese, WAY too rich. If I were to ever try it again, I'd cut the cheese in half & add lots of veggies to lighten it up.

It wasnt' nearly as rich as it SOUNDED like it would be, which I consider a good thing. It was very good and though there may be a few things I would tweak for added flavor, it was definitely a good meal. I WILL eat these leftovers. :D

I have made this recipe several times and everyone loves it. One modification I have made is to use 1/2 of the spinach mixture so it's not as overpowering. I add the spinach to the cheese sauce and layer it inbetween alternating lasagna layers. :)

This recipe was awesome. The only changes I made were that I added a little more garlic - about 3 cloves. Also, I used a rotisserie chicken but would probably add a little more chicken than the 2 cups it called for.

The sauce was really tasty but no one was overly excited over the assembled lasagna except my 2 year old. Maybe chopped fresh spinach would be better. I'd use the sauce again, but not the lasagna.
