This was a very good recipe, although I did tweek it alot. I made only 2 servings, but i used 3 layers of noodles, a cottage cheese and ricotta cheese mixture where it calls for ricotta only. I used little spinach, just because i am not a huge fan of it cooked in foods. and on top of each layer, I put a lil pasta sauce. I feel without the sauce addition, it may have been to dry and thick. All in all, a good recipe tho!

Wonderful recipe. Quite rich, so make for a treat. I halved the recipe, served 5 well. I used less butter, it's already rich enough with all the cheese - used 2 TB for this size. Use 5 noodles if so, bake in an 8x8 pan. I used more garlic, 2 TB pesto rather than the oregano basil and parsely, added more spinach and chicken, and added one egg to the ricotta. Turned out amazing. For those who like mushrooms they'd also be good added. Also, I used ground chicken which worked very well.

My husband and I tried this dish. Tastes good, but really is time consuming and I feel like I used every dish that I owned to make it. Good, but not great enough to do it again.

This recipe is very good well worth all the preparation time it takes to make this. I did some changes. I put the chicken, spinach and ricotta cheese and assembled as sauce, noodles and this mixture then last layer mozzeralla cheese and parmesan cheese!! I made the night before!! Just popped in the oven. I would also add more cooking time.

Very good I didnt change a thing, though i did cook the chicken in a skillet with butter basil oregano and a few dashs of cayenne pepper then added in to my lasanga with a lightly pink center so it'd cook in the oven

Awesome recipe! The only thing I would do differently next time is mix the spinach in with the ricotta. The spinach and mozz cheese had a weird texture.

This was disappointing. It didn't have enough flavor. I added crimini mushrooms with the chicken and used fresh blanched spinach and added a bit of thyme to the chicken mixture but it still didn't do it for me. I made an extra pan for my kids (grown) but decided not share as I pride myself on tasty meals! And this just wasn't up to par.

It was just ok to me. It was too much of the same flavors, and it was a lot of work to make! If I make it again, I will add more chicken. I would also cut the amount of spinach in half, and use less ricotta than it calls for.

This dish was excellent and easy to make. I omitted to spinach, given the fact I am allergic. I used penne pasta instead because I didn't have any lasagna pasta at home. My whole family loved it and wanted seconds! This one is a keeper.

One of my favorite meals! I omitted the chicken so it's a dairy meal. I also substituted the spinach for broccoli and added some mushrooms so it becomes more like a vegetable lasagna. If you're a cheese lover, this is THE best meal! Great way to camauflage veggies in all that creamy goodness.
