Wonderful recipe. Quite rich, so make for a treat. I halved the recipe, served 5 well. I used less butter, it's already rich enough with all the cheese - used 2 TB for this size. Use 5 noodles if so, bake in an 8x8 pan. I used more garlic, 2 TB pesto rather than the oregano basil and parsely, added more spinach and chicken, and added one egg to the ricotta. Turned out amazing. For those who like mushrooms they'd also be good added. Also, I used ground chicken which worked very well.
