Really Yummy! I followed other users advice and used 1/2 the spinach. Definitely glad I did. I also used fat free ricotta and low fat mozzarella. A nice change of pace, but not an absolute favorite.

yum, fabulous! I substituted swiss chard for spinach and left over turkey for the chicken and will definitely be using this again, next Thanksgiving, if not before! The instructions for layering are a bit confusing, but after reading them through 3x, I figured out that you're only 1/3'ing the sauce and noodles - you make 2 layers one with chicken and ricotta, the second of spinach and mozzarella. Bun Appetit!

My husband can't eat a lot of tomato due to an allergy, so this was a great lasagna alternative. I might use a little less cheese next time, the amount was a little overwhelming, but very delicious!

Fabulous! For those who said it's a lot of work, you can make essentially the same recipe with another type of pasta (I used penne) and just mix it all up. No need to use lasagna noodles and all that layering. The taste is just as wonderful.

Yummy, but I omitted the chicken and did things a bit differently. I made the sauce and layered it on the bottom, then 3 noodles, then a mixture of a container of ricotta & 2 packages of thawed and squeezed frozen spinach. Next, more noodles, sauce, and an entire defrosted bag of chopped broccoli mixed with the mozzarella and then topped it with chopped mushrooms. Then just did another layer of noodles and sauce. I thought it could have been a little more flavorful, but that's probably because I didn't highly season all the layers- something I will definitely do next time.

Exceptional! Everyone loved this dish and it wasn't any more difficult to make than a regular lasagna. This will *definitely* become a part of my permanent recipe collection.

Excellent -- delicious! We felt like it needed a little more zip, so we added ground black pepper and a teaspoon or two of Mrs. Dash and garlic salt, along with the other seasonings. I used no-bake lasagna noodles from Barilla and fresh baby spinach. Had great results. This one is a keeper!

Delicious! I increased the garlic to 4 cloves and only used 1 package of frozen spinach; otherwise, I followed the recipe. I have made this several times and it's a hit every time.

This was great. I cut the ricotta cheese some and added 1/2 chopped green bell pepper to the onion. Next time I'll add a whole bell pepper. Very good recipe!

Love Love Love this recipe. It is a bit labor intensive but soooo worth it! I followed other recommendations: Used 1/2 bag fresh spinach (stems trimmed; chopped; not cooked); added crumbled bacon; added diced zucchini; used oven ready lasagna noodles; made 1 1/2 times the sauce. I made this the first time for my son's birthday 2 weeks ago and it was a big hit with everyone.

I used precooked lasagna noodles (15) perfect in 9x13 pan. For the cooked chicken I poached 1 whole breast in 2cups of water to which I added oregano, diced garlic, basil -- for 30 minutes cooled and the cut up --used the liquid for broth

Family members said this recipe is a keeper. Recipe was made as given, and the only thing different was to add a bit of water to thin the sauce during assembly. Had I not enjoyed the process so much, and been quicker off the mark, the sauce wouldn't have sat and thickened. No harm done, it turned out beautifully, and I took a bow.

Very rich, but very yummy. I also combined the chicken, ricotta, and spinach to save time. Use fresh mozerrella if you have it!

Very delicious! My husband said it was amazing! I cooked the chicken in a little bit of garlic powder, onion powder and olive oil. That was the only thing I changed. Thanks for the recipe will make again.

Followed the recipe exactly! I was really leary about a white sauce lasagna, but it turned out excellent! The taste reminds me of a chicken & spinach alfredo pizza! Will make it again!
