Very good! Taste the sauce when it is done cooking. This is where the flavor comes from. If it needs salt/garlic...etc, add it towards the end. I did not and it really needed some salt.

Just made this recipe this afternoon. My bf loved it! I think the following changes may have helped, because without them I could see how some reviewers would call this recipe too bland. Chicken Prep: Melted 1/4 cup of butter in a stock pot, added onions and garlic, let them cook until nearly translucent. Added 4 whole breast of chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and onion powder, cooked on each side for about 2 mins per side then filled the stock pot with boiling water. Once chicken was cooked through I poured out the water and chilled the chicken in the fridge. After chilled I shredded instead of cubing the chicken. 2nd change, I added the entire cup of parmesan to the sauce and an extra 1/2 c of mozzarella. Sauce was not soupy at all. 3rd change; I took an 8oz pkg of softened cream cheese, whipped it, added the spinach to the cream cheese, seasoned with salt, pepper, a pinch of nutmeg. Then I added the ricotta to the cream cheese and spinach mixture. I layered per the directions and cooked for 35-37 mins. It was a huge hit! Don't know if this will be a regular on the house hold menu since there are SOOO many steps involved.

This is INCREDIBLE. So cheesy and rich and delicious. I made little tweaks here and there to save time -- pre-made Italian chicken breasts that I shredded, dried parsley flakes, and a spice container of minced garlic -- and it was still fantastic.

Just made this dish and must say it was pretty good. My husband enjoyed it although next time I'll try to tweak it just a bit to fit our own taste. I did a very low fat version on this...using fat free mozarella, ricotta with skim milk, 2 percent milk and I can't believe its not butter. Still very filling and very good.

For me this was way way too heavy and kind of bland. I didn't like the overall flavour. I followed the recipe exactly. I was a little disappointed. Was worth the try though. Thanks for the recipe.

This is a great recipe but be prepared to have to change it a bit - you need more noodles and more filling to keep it from being too saucy/runny. The flavor is very good - I would add more chicken next time. But it is a great change from all the red sauces out there!

This is VERY rich...It was also very "saucy"...I felt it could have benefited from more "filling" like the addition of maybe mushrooms or by increasing the number of lasagna noodles from 9 to 12.

SOOOOO DELICIOUS! My husband went on and on about it! I will say that it was a good bit of work (but homeade lasgna usually is) and not something I'll be making every week...but so good that I know I will make it again! :-)

THIS LASAGNA WAS GREAT! The only drawback is I would like to make the sauce mixture a little thicker next time so its not so messy. I used "Homemade Noodles" to make the lasagna noodles. Also, I used about 2 fresh basil leaves, about 10 small fresh oregano leaves, and doubled the fresh parsley. I didn't have frozen spinach so I blanched about 24 oz of fresh spinach and drained it VERY well. Served with "Grilled Asparagus".

This was just ok for us. I followed the majority and cut the spinach in half, but thought the spinach was its only saving grace and wished I had used it all. (make sure you squeeze all liquid from the spinach) Prep was too long and calorie count too high for such so-so results.

I also took the reviews as evidence & made this for a meeting at my home without having tasted it. It was fantastic! Everyone thought it was great. I followed the suggestion of using fresh spinach as well. It will be added to our favorite lasagne recipe. Thanks.

This was soupy when it came out of the oven, and I was wishing it held together better. The taste was rich and tasty. I thought it was really improved later -- 30-40mins, and even better the next day when reheated. When I cut a slice to reheat the next day, there was no issue with it staying together and the flavor was great. Also, I had a hard time spreading the ricotta. Next time I might mix with egg like someone else suggested.
