White Bread II

"A loaf of very light white bread that's baked in the bread machine. I also add 1 teaspoon bread improver, I never do without it. You'll find a great difference in the texture of the bread."

Original Recipe Yield 1 - 1.5 pound loaf
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk powder
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic white bread cycle; press Start.
