This barbeque sauce is used for East Carolina pulled pork. It can be used as a marinade, or add a little corn starch and make it into a thick mop sauce or basting sauce.

Chicken, steak or venison will benefit from a bath in this dark, spicy sauce. Increase the amounts of Worcesterchire and soy sauces up to 1/3 cup, and use ketchup to taste. This is a sauce you're sure to love!

My mother-in-law gave me this recipe over twenty four years ago. I use it frequently and someone always asks for it. A mixture of tangy ingredients, onion and brown sugar creates one tasty sauce! This will keep in the fridge for several weeks.

Lots of good stuff go into this terrific sauce: brown sugar, ketchup, liquid smoke, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, a few other yummy ingredients and almost one cup of whiskey. The ribs won't know what hit them.

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law, and she told me that it is the one that the local firemen use at their chicken dinners. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!! It really is delicious. It contains eggs, so use immediately.
