very good, everyone liked it. Used Johnnie Walker whiskey, the only thing i changed was i used dried chives instead of the chopped green onion. will use again! thanks for sharing.

Wish I give give 6 stars.....this was really delicious. I used it for sirloin steaks and like "Wittcheypooh" said, no need for steak sauce.

My boyfriend loved this marinade on chicken, but be warned the whiskey flavor is too strong for tofu! It might be good if you only marinade the fu for an hour or so. I left it over night and every bite was like a shot of booze! It's a great marinade for meats though, I'll probably try it again with seafood.

Delicious! I did add fresh garlic, basil, & oregano. I skipped the salt and used home made hot and spicy mustard. Wonderful base recipe you can play around with.
