Very good stuff, much better than the store bought stuff. I didn't follow the directions correctly, and I beat it all together at once, but it still turned out really good. I served this on top of a recipe for Favorite Hot cocoa (also on this site)and geezzeee was it good. Thank You!

This was a great whipped cream recipe, though I agree that it does need at least two more teaspoons of sugar. I made it a coffee cream by adding three teaspons of instant coffee to it before whipping. Excellent!

So simple and easy to make. Be sure to use a metal bowl. I usually place mine (with the wisk) in the freezer for five or ten minutes before making the cream. Delicious! You'll never buy ready made again!

This was a great recipe. I upped the confectioners sugar to at least 3 tablespoons and whipped longer until it was the consistency closer to butter so I could pipe it through a decorative tip onto the top of a pie. I actually noticed it tasted even better the next day after refrigeration.

i definitely prefer this over the cool whip, it doesn't have that artificial taste. you can add more sugar to make it more sweet as well.

Far superior to Cool Whip!!! Should you prefer it a bit sweeter for that sweet tooth of yours...go ahead add another helping of powdered sugar, the integrity of the whipped cream will not be jeopardized, just sweeter. Need I say that Cool Whip has lost an endorser as I have truly been converted by this quick and easy and so very luxuriant whipped topping! Heavenly!!!

Great recipe! I used this to top off my Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie and it tasted awesome! I reallly wouldn't add any extra sugar like other reviewers suggested; it has a natural, not too sweet flavour.

I made this recipe, and well.. It really wasn't what I expected.. It had a weird after taste, I had to add more sugar.. Easier and cheaper to just buy the real stuff.

I used this as the topping for the old fashioned coconut pie recipe on this site and it was so easy and delicious!!! not too sweet, but just perfect. If you really like sweet I recommend coolwhip. But this is PERFECt and does not overpower the dish you use it on. Will definatley make again and again.
