Original Recipe Yield 1.5 to 2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons piping gel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whip cream and sugar with a wire whisk until soft peaks form.
  2. Add piping gel and continue to beat until stiff. Be careful not to over mix.
