This is a great salad. I had some friends over for a cookout and everyone loved it.....even my two year old who kept asking for "moe peese". Yum!

This is a sweet and tasty salad! It's simple to make and ready in a short time. I had a few left over carrots and this used them up so nicely! Thanks!
