For what they are, I'd say they're pretty good. It doesn't replace a white flour pancake for me, but it definitely satisfies the craving when you're watching what you eat. I drizzle these with honey instead of topping with butter and maple syrup.

Great recipe! I never have buttermilk so I used milk and lemon juice. Also, we added granola to top while cooking for extra crunch. Delicious!

My dad and I loved these pancakes because of the unique flavor, and we would both give them five stars. However, my husband and mom did not like them at all. They thought they tasted like health food and not like a "regular" pancake at all. They could really taste the whole wheat and wheat germ. So, I compromised and gave the recipe three stars.

My favorite pancake recipe for 8 years has now been topped. I don't know whether to be happy or sad! This recipe is fluffy yet hearty. I feel healthy eating it and it has no sugar! It tastes perfect. We top it with yogurt and honey.

Not a huge hit with my kids, but I loved them. But since it didn't appeal to everyone, I had to give it 4 stars intead of 5. It has a very strong wheat flavor - if you like that, this is for you!

These pancakes were very good...moist and healthy. Great for my 2 year old son...I used baking powder instead of soda and oat bran instead of wheat germ. Very good overall...
